Conducting a disciplinary hearing may be daunting. Getting it right and deciding on the right outcome is crucial. In this workshop we will deal with this topic in an interactive manner ensuring participants learn the key techniques.

The aim of the workshop is to ensure that all the correct steps are being followed and that the procedures are done fairly and effectively. Case studies and practical examples will be part of this workshop.
