The revamped EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective as of the 25 May 2018 introduces stringent data protection and privacy obligations on all persons and organisations that collect, store or process personal data.
Failure to comply with the provisions of the GDPR has far-reaching economic consequences including the imposition of hefty fines to 4% of total global annual turnover or €20 million.
The GDPR is applicable to all companies and organisations that process personal data, irrespective of industry and size. Do not be left behind.
